I had a big clogged in my son’s bedroom… 3 different plumbers came and couldn’t fix it… I almost gave up until I called Roto Rooter. I got their service with Daniel he was super nice and understanding! He got the problem right away and fixed it, he left everything clean behind him. He was very professional and did an amazing job!
We live in a very old house, the system is very old (from the 60s) so previous plumbers who tried to fix it, couldn’t deal with it.. but Daniel did!! He fixed it, And I am so happy I found a good service, so kind and hard worker… he didn’t give up until he was able to take out all the junk my kid put in the pipes over the years…(apparently a lot of wipes) he had to remove the toilet and put it back together, he did it in such a professional way, as the plumber who came a week before him told me he will have to break the toilet since there is no way to remove it as it’s super old and the screws were rusted… I am so glad I didn’t listen to him and tried Roto Rooter before I almost gave up and was ready to replace the whole thing, Daniel came and saved the vintage toilet that came with the original architect design;) thank you!

This was a horrible experience. Left bathroom in worst shape. They charge 395 and didn't replace or repair a thing.
Have used this service for many years but this was unacceptable. Believe repair man pocketed the money.

I had a drain issue where both my toilet and shower had murky water rising around 7:00pm. I called to see if they could come in and fix it (since they have 24/7 services), and they swiftly arrived! It was a 20 degree snowy night, so I applaud the two gentlemen that came over and solved the issue. Daniel O. and his partner were amazing!!

Fred came and got our issue fixed quicker than I expected, and the cost was less than I was expecting too. It was a big relief, so I'm very happy I called Roto-Rooter.

I had Daniel as my technician. Very professional gentleman. Prompt and efficient. I had a main drain cleaning and with little to no mess my issue was solved. I would definitely recommend roto rooter and hope your technician is a professional as Daniel.
