Austin was a good worker. He did a job and didn’t take him long and he explained stuff to me. He was pretty good but I have one problem when you guys sent Norm out here Friday he filled out a work order and had me sign it and did not turn it in. I guess he said I was supposed to have an appointment Monday. They would call before they come out. I waited here till 2:30 in the afternoon. Some of your guys were across the street at my neighbors house I talked to them and they found out I wouldn’t even on the schedule so that was really disappointing. Then I talked to a lady in the office. I talked to Maddie and she was a big help and made sure people were gonna be out here today. Other than that that was the only problem I had Austin did a good job. I really appreciate working in my house.

If I could give less than a star I would. I called to have a dryer vent cleaned and salesman showed up. I was asked what ladder size to bring. No ladder showed up. We have a contract with this company and they are terrible. Look elsewhere. Get service elsewhere. If you want high pressure used car salesmen tactics call them. They only want to sell you what you don’t need. They now want to come back and clean it because I was told that the guy who does it was too busy. Well let’s make sure you don’t get too busy to serve your customers. Scheduled a week before. Good thing it’s not an emergency. What would we have gotten then? More used car salesmen tactics? Definitely!!! Hard pass!

Leo did a fantastic job with an emergency repair of a pipe leak under my kitchen sink on a Sunday afternoon. Summers in Broad Ripple dispatched him quickly and the work was completed within an hour and a half of my call. Leo was very professional and skilled. I was so impressed that I purchased a plumbing Service Maintenance plan!

Olivia did great job! She was very polite and knowledgeable . She answered our concerns and even gave us tips on how to prolong the life of our toilets, water heater. She was GREAT. And we were very comfortable with her being in our home. Was concerned about wasting our water too. She flushed our water heater without using to much water. Thanks Olivia!!
