We love Home Heroes. They’re so nice, every single person who works there, and they’re patient and willing to work through finicky custom plumbing stuff, like hooking up an antique corner sink. Ben is super knowledgeable. Ty is also great. Really appreciate how friendly and available Home Heroes is via text. Highly recommend this company. (We want you to start doing geothermal, so we can use you for all of our HVAC stuff too!)

Created a Yelp request for AC maintenance. Home Hero’s responded and it was very easy to schedule an appointment. Communication was clear on the next steps and who the HVAC professional and when I was to expect them to arrive. Donovan arrived and went over everything. He looked at both the inside and the AC unit. He also gave me some advice and things to look for. Overall a great experience. I didn’t sign up for their service contract, but it was a positive experience and I plan to continue to use them for my service needs.

After inspecting our HVAC units, Fernando & Dalton took the time to go over the issues with our systems. They explained everything in great detail and why specific services were needed and l presented us with a few options that had a great discount for being members of the Home Heroes service plan. This is our second inspection with Home Heroes and we are very happy with the service we are provided from the front office to the technicians. We look forward to continuing doing business with Home Heroes.

Lilly replaced my hose spigot perfectly and in record time! She was amazing! She even took the time to be my personal therapist! She was kind and very personable. All my pets adored her too! She cleaned every speck of dirt, leaving things cleaner than she found them. Thanks to Dan and Iilly for a job well done!

Honest and highly qualified service options were presented. No high pressure sales tactics were made. The service tech was helpful and took his time doing the job right the first time. I found my go to home heating, air, and plumbing company I can trust and rely on.
