AMAZING SERVICE!!
Our water heater went down last night. We called this morning at 10:28 and they had a new water heater and water softener installed by 5:30 the same day. Andrew was very helpful when my mother fell while he was here doing the initial inspection. And Nathan did an amazing job getting everything done. I would never have expected them to be able to do this so quickly and so well. I highly recommend this company!

Corey was wonderful, he came early, very quickly diagnosed our problem and was very friendly to boot! He answered all of the questions we had in a friendly courteous manner even when we openly stated that we did not know that our water heater needed to be flushed once a year. He was also able to answer all of other questions competently and confidently! I would recommend Mr. Rooter and Corey specifically to anyone!

Had a great experience with this company!! They came out the very next day after I called. Brandon was great at his job! He got here in the time frame that was quoted to me. He was very polite and not bothered by my dogs. He got my water heater replaced quickly! Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Mr. Rooter plumbing was very quick to inform me of the rescheduling of my appointment from Monday to Tuesday. Our tech, Brandon was very efficient, courteous, and respectful of our home. If we ever need their services again, we hope they send Brandon.
