Taylor E. did an outstanding job! From my initial phone call with a very pleasant customer service rep, I had the tech at my house for a quote, then installation, within less than two hours! He was professional, explained everything thoroughly, asked about my satisfaction and made a special trip for one of the needed parts. Dan Tremaine from Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling arrived on time, was very personable and professional, and checked my heating system for issues. At the end of the visit, he made sure that I understood exactly what he had checked, how everything is working, and asked if I had any questions. Summers PHC is an amazing company to work with!

Summers keeps blocking a dead end road. Parked right in front of the stop sign, forcing people who live on the street to drive through the yard on the corner to make it around them. There is parking on the main road right in front of them but they refuse to move inconveniencing everyone living on this street. I said something to the guy the first time he did it leaving me no room to turn onto my street to go home and he just told me it isn't a big deal and I had room. I was literally half in the other persons yard when he said this.

Kaleb, our service tech, arrived promptly, quickly diagnosed the problem and took care of it, removing the old dishwasher and cleaning up the water. Explained everything that would need to be done, very clearly and professionally. On top of all that, the service call was less than we anticipated. Great job, definitely using Summers next time!

Dalton showed up at a reasonable time after me calling the office for help. He didn't mess around he got right into finding out what was wrong with my furnace. Dalton is a very sweet guy that takes the time to explain everything to you. I will be asking for Dalton again when it comes to my air conditioning in the next month or so. Thank you so very much Dalton for the work you do.
