I slid off the road and got stuck. A worker coming down the road took the time to help me, we didn't have anything, but a beach shovel. He did everything he could til another truck showed up with a strap to pull me out. I didn't get his name, but noticed his hoodie had the logo. To whoever that was thank you sincerely. Your kindness will always be appreciated.

I called today and the operator was going to schedule me for an appointment for tomorrow. She singed the urgency and immediately schedule me for a service call. They charged me $99 for a drain clean and surprisingly it was exactly that taxes included and know hidden cost like I expected. I dealt with a service tech it but the name of Enrique Chavez! He was very polite, understanding m, and a great communicator. Undoubtedly I will call them again if I need any of the services they provide.

I've been a customer of Summers for a little over 5 years now, and have always been pleased with their service. They do high-quality work for a reasonable price. Today, especially, I was very happy with their service. I had the misfortune of having a leak develop in my water main in the yard, and it had to be replaced. The crew spent hours working in the cold weather to dig the trench, as well as having to navigate the crawlspace parts of the basement. Despite the size of the job, they completed it within a few hours. They also got the yard to look as good as it possibly can this time of year after all that digging.
One of the workers, Brevin, was also the one who came to the house earlier this week to find out where the leak was at. He took the time to thoroughly check everything to locate the leak, and was polite and explained everything that needed to be done very well.
I highly recommend Summers for any plumbing or HVAC work, large or small.

Went all day no water because my pipes froze called them and within 2 hours got a call back. They came clear to portland from muncie when the weather started to get bad and still made it. Caleb and Brandon were very nice, friendly, and respectful. Highly recommend. Will definitely use them again in the future.

The technician was wonderful. He helped me walk through several options for my heating needs. He helped educate me on the “why” behind his concerns. He reached out to others to help think through solutions. His service and integrity just created a lifetime customer out of me. I’ve never been more impressed with a service company.
