From start to finish, my experience with Godby was excellent. I was able to schedule an initial appointment online which is so convenient. Everything else was communicated via text, including a 20 minute warning when they were on their way. This text included the technician's picture and some fun facts about them. They were friendly, professional, and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Had small emergency after hours on a weekend. Everyone that helped us from the moment we called to the moment the technician left was an excellent experience. Jennifer, the after hours operator, was helpful and kind. She took the time to find the help we needed. Jayson was polite and professional. Jayson was excellent, very knowledgeable, understanding, thorough and had a really good sense of humor. He quickly solved the problem and got to work-will always call this company from now on!

Very courteous technician and was prompt for the service call. Although…when he left, he had forgotten to turn the furnace/AC back on. I did not notice this till bedtime and I had to troubleshoot why the system was not working. Luckily I was able to figure out the issue and find a switch on the furnace that had been turned off.

Wow! Francisco was on time (they provide a link when they’re on the way to track ), professional, gave an estimate and then he was able to complete the service for a fair and reasonable price at the same time. I was afraid to call an electrician, but very glad I called Godby! Lisa

Godby has been our go-to Heating & Air company since 2022. We are able to schedule service quickly (often next day) & the techs are strong communicators about their arrival times & any work they do on our system. It’s usually the same few techs that come out which makes their visits feel extra friendly & familiar. We find great value in being Godby Club members and having routine maintenance to keep our system running well.
