I highly recommend this company. They were able to schedule a visit and even replace a water heater that had “died” the same day.
Tech Dan explained everything …and even pointed out condensation on my AC coil unit. My HVAC maintenance company put me on a “long list” but PHP was able to schedule an appointment within 24 hours. I needed a new AC….not surprising since my old one was 30 years old. Tech Brian explained everything including specifics I should consider in selecting a new unit. I then felt comfortable reviewing the proposal with Ryan. I especially appreciated that he did not suggest more than I needed, proposing and acknowledging that a lower BTU/SEER unit was all I needed for my small house. Pricing reasonable.
PHP provides excellent service: easy to schedule, quick service with a scheduled time. Techs are clean, friendly, very knowledgable and efficient, honest and go out of their way to explain everything.
I value these traits which sadly are lacking in many companies today.

Requested next day appt and recd quick confirmation. Brandon was very detailed and efficient in troubleshooting our sump pump issue. Was open and honest and offered great suggestions to mitigate any future potential issues. Took pics and shared adjustment made. Took the extra time to discuss other plumbing svcs based on observations. Would recommend Brandon based on this 1st visit.

The service I get from Plumbing Heating Paramedics is awesome! Brandon Hoppes and his buddy were prompt, always careful to keep things tidy and functional, as well as respectful, polite and friendly! This visit they went above and beyond my expectations and fixes something that was broken when I bought the house 3 years ago! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the company and am grateful for their service contract!

Great service. I loved their customer service and fast response
I called them with an emergency (hvac not working) my house was below 53F. I called them at 8am and by 10:30 problem was fixed.
They also sent me pictures and and some info about the tech. Is good to know who is going to your house. Wayne was great!
Considering it was "an emergency call" price was reasonable

Drew was timely, informative, & professional! He diagnosed our issue quickly & showed me 2 prices, 1 being worst case scenario. Luckily, the cheaper option was what fixed it, but be also took notes and photos of our unit if the other part does need fixed in the future. We set the appointment yesterday & fixed next day. Awesome job! Thank you!
