These guys are amazing. We’ve been having issues with water collecting around our laundry room drain for months. We’ve been watching it and could never figure out the cause. We’ve had multiple companies come out and so many technicians but nobody had ever been able to find the problem or give us a solution that worked. Austin came out and was super kind and professional and so patient with my kids. My boys asked him no less than a thousand questions and he answered each one even though he didn’t have too. He did a very thorough inspection of the drain and all the other things in the laundry room trying to find the issue. At one point he suggested tilting up the dryer because he was sure the water was coming from there. No one had ever noticed that. Sure enough when the dryer was tilted behind it he caught a leak from an improperly crimped water line. That water line was replaced a year ago (by a different company)and has probably been leaking just as long. He had the tools on hand and fixed it. He saved us thousands of dollars because everyone else was telling us we needed to replace the whole pipe from that drain. It’s been almost a week and we haven’t had any more water collecting around that drain. We will definitely be calling this company again for any other plumbing needs.

We recently had 2 water heaters replaced with Tankless water heaters and our experience was great! They were fast, efficient and friendly. Everything was explained well up front and the process was exactly as promised. Aaron was the lead plumber and he was amazing! Ryan has built a great team and I would highly recommend Plumbing Heating Paramedics!!

Plumbing Heating Paramedics has always provided professional and prompt service. I had a water heater replaced today. Ryan presented my options and did not try to upsell but rather shared options for me to decide what would work best for me. I highly recommend them! They’re ethical and the technicians I have worked with are always very knowledgeable.

We have had issues with other plumbing contractors, but we’re really pleasantly surprised with plumbing paramedics. They were very responsive and punctual, and did not try to sell us something that we didn’t need. Finally, an honest plumbing company that we can count on in the future. Very much appreciate the work that they did for us.
