Brennan arrived on time having called a few minutes ahead. Very personable, professional, and efficient. He communicated clearly and frequently. He installed the water softener and seemed very compulsive about leak checking. He hauled away the old equipment being cautious of my hardwood floors etc. I am not sure how Paul Henderson's prices compare, but they were very transparent. It is worth it to use Paul Henderson regardless because they are consistent and do high quality work. I will definitely use them for any future plumbing needs!

We found our water heater leaking on a Fri evening at 5:30p the night before we planned to leave town for our daughter’s graduation. Brennen was on-call, returned our call right away and offered to take care of us that evening so we wouldn’t have to leave town worrying about a possible flooded basement or delay our departure. He was exceptionally professional, kind, experienced, knowledgeable and hard working. He removed and replaced our water heater and was finished by 10pm. He was very conscientious about not causing any damage during the process. He returned when we noticed a vibrating noise, trouble shooted the problem quickly and made the necessary repairs to resolve the issue. He was extremely nice, professional and efficient with taking good care of us as his primary goal. We can’t say enough good things about Brennen.
We did pay an extra fee for after hours/emergency service for this water heater replacement. This was our 2nd water heater replacement with Paul Henderson Plumbing. We’ve used them for sump pump and water softener installations and replacements, toilet replacements and misc plumbing repairs for years. Their entire staff has always been kind, professional, experienced and helpful.

I wanted to replace my garbage disposal and install a new kitchen faucet. Henderson had previously installed a new sump pump and back-up for me, so I gave them a call and they were able to give me an appointment two days later. Josh arrived punctually and did a great job removing the old and installing the new. He cleaned up meticulously and took the old items with him when he left. Everything looks perfect. I’ll be happy to call on Henderson again!

Last Monday morning, an alarm alerted me to a leaking water heater in my basement. I contacted Paul Henderson Plumbing for assistance, as they had installed this heater for me five years prior. On this particular occasion, I was informed that the next opening was several days later, on Thursday; I reluctantly agreed to take the appointment based on having received professional service from Henderson on past plumbing jobs. My husband and I took time off from work to meet the plumber between the agreed upon arrival time of 10 a.m. – Noon last Thursday. At 12:30 p.m., I received a follow-up call to my previous inquiry as to why the plumber had not arrived by noon. I was assured that the plumber was still at his first job of the day but would be arriving at my home shortly. Given that 4 days had lapsed since my initial phone call about a leaking gas water heater and finding ourselves still waiting around at 2:30 p.m. on the day of the appointment, I made the decision to cut my losses with Henderson and reached out to a competitive plumbing firm. This company had a plumber at my doorstep within an hour; in a very reasonable amount of time, a crew had hot water flowing through our pipes once more. Paul Henderson’s website states that hot water is a necessity, and I wholeheartedly agree with that assessment. They also mention that they provide 24/7 service to handle emergencies. Disappointingly, our need for hot water was not taken seriously nor did we receive an offer for 24/7 service. It’s a shame, because as an established client, we’d always received timely and professional service in the past. Lesson learned.

Jessica from Paul Henderson was so helpful in every way! She is very organized and was really wonderful in coordinating our appointment! The plumber came on time...still work to be done! But I am sure it will be perfect! These people were simply amazing!
