Blake arrived on time - early actually after calling to confirm that was ok - and was very professional. He made sure to inspect the drain first and explain what his approach would be to unclog. The price was presented up front which I appreciated. Got the drain unclogged in no time! Would use again.

Last Fall, Jason M. from Mr. Plumber provided estimates for replacing my water softener and sump pump systems. He was extremely thorough and answered all of my questions so I could better understand my options. At the time, I was not ready to move forward with these investments, but I truly appreciated the time he spent helping me that day.
In March 2026, after heavy rain caused my backup sump pump to activate, I realized my main sump pump might not be working properly, so I immediately called Mr. Plumber. Joseph S. arrived that day and also provided outstanding service. He was extremely knowledgeable and incredibly patient while helping me understand my options. He provided clear information that helped me choose solutions that fit both my needs and budget.
I replaced both my main and backup sump pump systems, in addition to installing the Glentronics Connect WiFi module. I am very pleased with these decisions. I now feel much more confident knowing that during heavy rain, should my back up sump pump activate, I will receive immediate notifications and should there be an emergency, I can take action quickly.

Williams Comfort Air – Mr. Plumber arrived right on time, literally and figuratively. Our water heater needed to be replaced, and while no one wants to spend money on a water heater, the team made the process easy by clearly explaining our options, pricing, and payment plans. The work was completed quickly and professionally, and they took great care while removing the old unit and installing the new one. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I would definitely recommend them again.

Devin skaggs was by far the coolest and most skilled plumber I've had the fortune of working with, I already knew the issue he confirmed it, cleared it and was very helpful and knowledgeable with maintaining the root problem I had. He offered a variety of affordable services to prevent future root growth. Didnt try to pressure me into things out of budget and all in all was a genuinely chill person. This man deserves a raise or at the very least an employee of the month award and a free steak dinner.

Jakob V. came out for a clogged kitchen sink that was backing up through the disposal. He was friendly, explained what was going on and spent a good amount of time trying to clear the line. Even though the clog couldn’t be fully removed today he kept me informed, answered my questions, and set up the next day for a supervisor to come in . Appreciate his honesty and effort.
