Job well done on a recent new pipeline job at my house!
A couple weeks ago my septic tank was drained. The workers noted very little flow going into the tank while water was running and recommended calling a plumber. Mr Plumber was contacted and came out not long after. It was determined that the wastewater piping had a couple bellied, uneven spots along with some buildups. Remedy options were discussed, and I opted to have new piping from the house to the septic tank replaced.
Work was scheduled to start a little over a week later. After check in calls and arriving, the guys got to work. Excavating, old pipe removal, gravel backing, new PVC, among other things were done. Initially it was suggested work could take a couple days, partly due to my crawl space being a tight space and potential challenge. Luckily all work was done within a day with water shut off for only about four hours.

Excellent plumbing service!
Last July, my approximately 10 year old water heater developed a leak. I made the call to Mr Plumber, and was able to get an inspection a few days later. Upon inspection and not surprisingly, it was determined that a replacement was needed. The inspection tech was able to arrange a replacement the same day. A few hours later, a couple other techs got to work. The old water heater was drained then removed, and a new one put in within a couple hours.
Responsive and very professional! Work was all done in reasonable time and cost! Highly recommended!

Excellent service, from booking online to a prompt call back to confirm appointment. After confirmation updates were handled via text which also the ability to see the driver ETA when he was on the way.
Justin was courteous and took care of the problem (toilet not draining properly) quickly.
**Update** I ended having to have them visit again, same day as the toilet issue came back. New technician, Sebastian, once again extremely easy to talk with. As they had been out it was no additional charge, and he found the root cause. Very happy with the way these young gentlemen have been trained!
A very positive experience and highly recommended.

Our plumbing technician Bill was absolutely fantastic! Very personable and knowledgeable about our plumbing issues in our basement. He made sure we understood the issues we were facing so we could make an informed decision about our move forward plan. When installing our new sump pump Bill went above and beyond in the installation and had great attention to detail. We are so glad we acquired a membership with Mr. Plumber and that Bill came to our rescue!

We’ve had Mr. Plumber out twice to work on our 70s home. We had Kyle both times and enjoyed our service! He is honest about what he recommends and it never feels like he’s upselling us. We’re presented with multiple repair options each time. He’s efficient and friendly and we’ve been happy with both repairs we have had so far.

Mr. Plumber was referred to us because the plumber we were using thought we had a leak in under our slab. Justin from Mr. Plumber did his due diligence and diagnosed the water leak from outside and before our water meter. He was quick and spot on. Citizens will be out this week to fix the leak. Justin left his number just in case the have questions. Great service and I will definitely use them again.
